Is there an option to purchase one-day access only?
No. Because the conference registration includes access to the recorded lectures for later on-demand viewing, a one-day registration option is not provided.

Is there a discount to participate virtually only since there won't be any food costs?
The registration fee is the same price regardless of the format selected.  This is to provide maximum flexibility and convenience, as well as to support the additional costs involved with providing technical support to virtual/on demand participants.

Can I change my viewing option after I have registered?
Yes.  Requests for changes to the registered viewing format must be made via email to [email protected] by Oct. 31.  Live streaming registrants may change their registration to in-person attendance only if in-person space is available.

Can I earn credit for viewing the recorded (on-demand) lectures after the live conference?
Yes.  If you were unable to view some lectures live (either in-person or via live streaming), you will be able to receive credit for viewing the recorded lectures at a later time.  Note, you will not receive additional credit if you view lectures both live and on-demand.

What if COVID cases increase again and I am no longer comfortable attending in-person?
If you are registered for in-person and wish to participate virtually only, please contact us by Oct. 31 to have your registration transferred to the virtual/on demand option.  If you do not wish to participate virtually, you must contact us by Oct. 31 to have your registration cancelled with a refund less a $50 administrative fee.

I can't attend the live conference.  Can I register for the recordings only?
Yes. If you cannot attend the live conference you can register for Virtual/On Demand option in order to get access to the recorded presentations.  Recorded presentations will be available for on-demand viewing from November 10 through December 15.

I'm interested in attending the in-person portion of the conference for one day and attend virtually on the second day.  Is this an option?
Yes, you can attend part of the conference in-person and part of the conference virtually.  To help us with proper in-person planning, please indicate which day you will be attending in-person when registering.

We appreciate your interest in providing an exhibit/display for this event, however, we have reached capacity and display registration is now closed.
