What safety precautions will be in place for the on-site/in-person conference?
As we adjust to the current climate, we want to assure you that we will be taking all necessary precautions to create a safe learning experience for you.  We will follow guidance from our public health experts and local safety officials on appropriate precautions to ensure a safe meeting. Current precautions as of 9/1/2021 include: masks required for all participants regardless of vaccination status, limited in-person participation with socially distanced seating, hand sanitizer stations, low/no contact participation.  CLICK HERE to view current safety measures in place and check back as the conference date approaches for updates.

What if COVID cases increase again and in-person events are not advised at the time of the Symposium?
If you are registered for in-person participation and state guidelines prohibit in-person gatherings we will automatically transfer your registration to the virtual viewing option.  If you do not wish to change your registration to the live online streaming option with access to the on-demand lectures for later viewing, we will fully refund your registration if your cancellation is received by October 29.

I can't attend the live conference.  Can I register for the recordings only?
If you cannot attend the live conference you can still register for the live streaming option in order to get access to the recorded presentations.  Recorded presentations will be available for on-demand viewing from November 10 through December 15.

I'm interested in attending the in-person portion of the conference for one day and attend virtually on the second day.  Is this an option?
Yes, you can attend part of the conference in-person and part of the conference virtually.  To help us with proper planning, please register for the in-person option.
