Healthcare is evolving faster than ever, and as medical professionals, we often find ourselves moving from task to task, simply surviving the demands of our field. But survival is not enough. This year’s symposium is about Thriving—embracing a mindset that allows us to lead with confidence, adapt to change, and rediscover the passion that brought us into medicine in the first place.

1. Recall the latest advancements in the management of pediatric epilepsy, neurogenetic testing, Alzheimer's treatment options and the emerging role of minimally invasive technology in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
2. Demonstrate the impact on patient outcomes and quality of care, improving patient safety in the inpatient setting
3. Recognize role of sleep in overall health and screen common sleep disorders
4. Review and apply evidence-based quality measures, including timely postpartum follow-up and patient education
5. Discuss how collaboration across hospitals, specialties, and community partners shape the foundation of the top objectives of our region's next five years
