Otolaryngology Sleep Apnea Symposium

1. Implement a multidisciplinary approach to sleep apnea management
2. Recognize the difference between adult and pediatric patients and implement the proper management for each accordingly.
3. Develop an algorithm for treatment modalities in the face of CPAP failure
4. Recognize the optimal surgical management of pediatric sleep apnea patients
5. Evaluate patient for Nasal Obstruction, and when diagnosed refer to specialist/physician
6. Diagnose/Evaluate CPAP treatment fails and Asses when surgical management may be needed
7. Coordinate care with other specialty providers to best care for their patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
