1. Explain what continuous glucose monitors (CGM) are and how they work
2. Review the benefits of CGM specifically in type 2 diabetes
3. Obtain an introduction to CGM prescribing and insurance coverage
4. Review CGM data and applications to diabetes management

Instructions for Completion

4. Upon completion of the module, click Attestation and answer the 1 attestation question, click Check Answer, click the green button in the upper right corner.
   Complete the CE Evaluation (if you are not automatically directed to the evaluation upon completion of the attestation, go to My CME > Evaluations & Certificates)
