Overview

Identifying and treating chronic pelvic pain conditions in women is challenging.  This conference provides an updated review of issues related to chronic pelvic pain in women along with a hands-on treatment learning lab.  This conference will discuss the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain in women, with focused information on multimodal innovative treatments for this condition.

Specialties - Anesthesiology and Peri-operative Medicine, Family Medicine and Community Health, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Urology
Professions - Advanced Practice Nurse NP CRNA CNM CNS, Nurse, Physical Therapist, Physician, Physician Assistant


Objectives
  1. Identify at least two assessment techniques for chronic pelvic pain.
  2. State at least three treatments for chronic pelvic pain.
  3. Identify three specialties in a multidisciplinary care model treating chronic pelvic pain conditions.
