Credit Information

In support of improving patient care, Beaumont Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Available Credits

Medicine CME: Beaumont Health designates this enduring material for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nursing CE: Beaumont Health designates this activity for a maximum of 1.5 ANCC contact hours.  Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pharmacy CE: Beaumont Health designates this activity for 1.5 ACPE contact hour(s). ACPE Universal Activity Number (UAN):  JA4008259-0000-21-082-H04-P;  JA4008259-0000-21-082-H04-T.  Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  Credit will be uploaded to the NABP CPE Monitor within 30 days after the activity completion.  Per ACPE rules, Beaumont Health does not have access nor the ability to upload credits requested after the evaluation closes.  It is the responsibility of the information claiming credit to provide the correct information (NABP ID and DOB (MMDD).

Psychology CE: Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibly for the content of the programs.

Social Work CE: As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Beaumont Health is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Beaumont Health maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this course receive 1.5 continuing education credits.
