This presentation will focus on management of right ventricular failure in critically ill patients.

  1. Recognize right ventricular failure (RVF) in critically ill patients
  2. Summarize medical management strategies for RVF in the intensive care unit
  3. Identify clinical scenarios in which mechanical circulatory support is indicated for RVF

Beaumont Health is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

Medicine CME: Beaumont Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
