The 6th Annual Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice Project is focused on well-being, the development of resiliency and simple interventions to manage stress in the workplace. This conference is a platform for sharing research and evidence based practice for nursing and allied staff working in our acute and post acute clinical environments.

1. Discuss approaches to help foster recovery and wellbeing in Nurse Leaders and help find joy and meaning in their daily work.
2. Discuss a simple evidence-based practice project that contributed to decreased stress in the clinical environment.
3. Describe an understanding of the patterns of well being overall and by healthcare worker roles over the past several years- including during the pandemic.
4. Define bite-sized resources and interventions that may improve well being.

1. Register for the module

2. Click on Begin Activity > Launch

3. After viewing the module, return to Begin Activity and click Attestation

4. Upon completion of the attestation click Show Results to be directed to the evaluation and credit claim form.
