2. Learn how to leverage cultural similarities and differences to ensure positive experiences in health care management, market growth,, community outreach and being the Work place of choice
3. Provide tools and resources to further define cultural agility and unconscious biases to enhance positive-experiences of our patients/families, communities and employees
