Common CME Portal Questions
Why are there 2 CloudCME portals for Corewell Health? Corewell Health Southeast (Beaumont Health) and Corewell Health West (Spectrum Health Hospitals) have both utilized CloudCME as our CME portal for several years.  Because each legacy organization continues to have separate CME/CE accreditations, we are unable to consolidate CME portals and must continue to manage separate systems at this time.

I already have an account in the West/Spectrum CME Portal.  Why do I have to create a new account in the Southeast/Beaumont CME Portal? Because our systems are separate, a separate account must be created in each system.  If you attend an activity where credit is being provided by Corewell Health Southeast (Beaumont), you must have an account in the Southeast/Beaumont CME portal to receive credit.

I attended a CME event provided by Corewell Health West (Spectrum).  How can I get my West/Spectrum CME credit added to my Southeast/Beaumont CME Portal account? You can download your West/Spectrum CME credit transcript and then upload it to your Southeast/Beaumont CME portal account using the External Credit feature. To access, sign in to the Southeast/Beaumont CME portal > click My CME > and then click External Credits.  Please note, external credits must be uploaded by the individual (CME staff are unable to assist with this).  External credits are appended to the end of your Southeast/Beaumont CME credit transcript for documentation management.

What number do I use to text in the CME code?
For events certified by Corewell Health Southeast (Beaumont Health), the CME texting number is 833-256-8397
For events certified for credit by Corewell Health West (Spectrum Health), the CME texting number is 844-420-1171

What is the organization code for the CloudCME Mobile App?
To access the Corewell Health Southeast (Beaumont Health) Mobile App, use organization code beaumont
