Overview

Following the initial surge of COVID-19 and a workforce reduction, staff frequently report compassion fatigue when working with patients and families. By teaching the reasons behind compassion fatigue and tools to manage such feelings, we can professionally support individual staff, build a more resilient workforce and return to our standard of care which includes compassion for all.

This lecture series is available to Beaumont Health/OUWB providers ONLY.
