Objectives
  1. Discuss common ethical principles and apply them to common situations that develop in the delivery of health care.
  2. Develop skills to improve communication amongst the health care providers, pts, families, etc. to identify when there is a true ethical tension vs miscommunication only.
  3. Recognize when there are areas for improvement in policies and procedures and /or situations where polices/procedures may not be fully understand and performed by staff to help prevent ethical concerns in the future.
