1. Define and recognize the knowledge regarding the resources professional organizations provide to support clinical nursing practice and to recognize the role nursing standards or care play in providing safe patient care.
2. Review the anatomy of a surgical airway, different types of surgical airways and recognize potential risks and how to manage them in the perioperative setting.
3. Compare the clinical difference between living donor, deceased donor, and non heart beating deceased donor transplant. Review the role of the perioperative nursing care in the context of overall logistics of organ procurement and transplantation
