Overview
An all-day Dermatopathology conference by world-renowned speakers with practical discussion of common and uncommon cutaneous lesions, geared toward dermatologists, general practitioners and pathologists. There will be interesting case discussions with active audience participation, as well as an interactive lunch panel discussion.

Target Audience
Specialties - Family Medicine and Community Health, Internal Medicine, Oncology/Hematology, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine

Objectives
  1. To review and use histopathologic criteria that aid in discriminating between select challenging cutaneous lesions.
  2. To review and recognize atypical melanocytic proliferations and develop a diagnostic approach to difficult pigmented lesions.
  3. To recognize clinical and histopathologic findings in panniculitis and vasculitis, develop an appropriate differential diagnostic approach, and apply diagnostic criteria in the evaluation of select entities.
  4. To review clinical and histopathologic features of select cutaneous infections and infestations, and recognize key findings in the diagnosis of infectious processes in the skin.
