  3. Review the role of DEA and its authority over controlled substances.
  4. Identify new scheduling of controlled substances.
  5. Apply proper storage and record keeping practices for controlled substances.
  6. Properly report theft of controlled substances.
  7. Discuss the controlled substance act statute and identify where to find related regulations online.
